Moving data/cell service from old watch to new

How do I transfer all my info and cell service from old AWU to new AWU2. Much appreciated.

Your iPhone will have a backup of your current Apple Watch. When you start the set up process it will ask if you want to set up as new or from backup. Choose the back up and it will transfer all your data and settings as before.
