Moving Drive Info ?

I have in my Mac Pro a 640GB drive, not my main drive just one I use for Bootcamp.

This drive is partitioned, Mac OS - Bootamp

Can this all be moved to a bigger drive ?

If so what process would I use because of the partition ?
