In a Mac Rumors guide article (http://guides.macrumors.com/Moving_Email_from_PC_Outlook_to_Apple_Mail) about moving email from PC Outlook to Apple Mail it says that an "easy (and free) way to transfer email from Outlook (Windows) to Mail (Mac) is to use an IMAP account (e.g. Gmail) as an intermediary between the two."
A little further down it than says: "Copy the folders (don't drag and drop them) from your PST file into your IMAP account."
What exactly does that mean? How can I copy folders from a file? Since when are folders in an file - I always thought it is the other way around.
And even if I'm able to copy such a file - how exactly would I then paste this folder into my IMAP account?
