Moving email from PC to mac

As the title says
I have moved from PC to the new iMac , but I'm trying to figure out how to move my emails from outlook to mac mail, I have set my email address up on the new mac, same email address I had on pc, that works fine.
Is there an easy way of getting all my old emails over to the mac

I used a tool in 2009 (I think it was this one) to migrate from Windows to Mac and it worked fine converting my PSTs

I just used OLM Converter a few months ago and it worked great. Saved tons of time and didn't have any issues....
