Moving email in Mac Mail to another account in Mac Mail

I multiple email Mailboxes (folders) in an account associated with GoDaddy that I want to move over to a Imap Google account. The GoDaddy account is not currently active since Google Apps is now controlling the account.
How can I move all of them at one time? I know how to move them one folder at a time.
I am using the latest version of Mountain Lion.

Can you use the command Export Mailbox to move them all at once? Then just import it where you want it.
