I read somewhere on these forums that people were purchasing external HD's to manage their windows xp files, mainly games. My XP partition is running out of space quickly, so instead of storing games in the program files on the C drive, i'd like to store them on my WD MyBook external drive when i'm not playing them, then drag a game into my C drive when I want to play it from the internal. Basically, Store everything on external, then drag and drop and play on internal.

How can I go about this? Is it as simple as clicking and dragging big files from C:\Program Files to ExternalDrive:\New Folder, and then dragging them back into C when I want to play them?
