Moving files from PC to Mac

I'm trying to move files from a PC (Outlook express 6) to G5 (Mail or entourage). I can get the email to work, but I can't seem to grab the folders inside Outlook express.

The files fron Outlook Express are not standard. You need to export and import the mail messages.
