I have followed the stack overflow guide here by "brandonscript"

Where you move the files outside xCode into the folders you want then in xCode select a whole group and point it to the folder where xCode can find it. The files inside that group are then all supposed to "automagically" (as brandon says) be rediscovered and know they are located in the group folder.
However, I have just done this and the file links in the project don't update. The path to the group gets changed but when I look at the full path given for each file inside the group, it has not changed (the path to the folder containing the file has not updated).
Any help would be much appreciated as I really don't want to have to go file by file to link them all back up with their new file paths.
