All iPads Moving files to folder via VLC & iTunes

Hello.
I am using VLC to play videos and I am wondering if there's a way (via iTunes) to move files into folders. I can create folders, move folders, delete folders.. but I am not able to find out how to move files inside them via iTunes :(
Any suggestion?
