I'm just doing a clean install of Yosemite and was wondering if Apple has yet given us an option to relocate individual folders (such as Documents, Music, Downloads) from my Home folder to a secondary drive (specifically as my OS drive is an SSD that I don't want to fill with my iTunes library, but I do want to keep some parts of my Home folder on it)?

If not, I guess it's back to the process I've always had to use before - deleting the individual folder in the Home folder and replacing it with a symlink referencing the location on the external drive. Is this still the best way of doing it? If so, can somebody kindly remind me how to do it from Terminal (create the symlink and delete a "protected" folder from the Home folder) as there's lots of different solutions when I Google and I can never remember which is the "right" one!

Thanks
