I'm moving from an early 2008 iMac (~20 inch screen) to a new rMBP (~15 inch screen). 
Unfortunately, my non-variable menu bar items (everything on the right) take up about 2/3 of the whole bar, and it will be unmanageably large once my new machine arrives.
Is there an app that shrinks the menu bar icons or something similar?
