Moving from an Android device to an iPhone 5, tips?

So i'm moving from an Android to my first iPhone. I have a question regarding Contacts and iCloud. I have all my contacts synced to my google account. I know that i can get them synced to my phone via microsoft exchange. Is there a way that i can get my google contacts synced through iCloud, so that the contacts are constantly synced with my iphone, my mac, and my google account? If not, can i get my iphone contacts sync directly with my google account? So that when i add/delete a contact it syncs with my google account, like my Android phone does

You can sync it with your Google account. You can select contacts, email and calendar. Our just contacts if you wish.
