Moving from BB storm to iPhone.need tips on email

Will I have two different folders one for work(desktop) and one for my private one?I have backed it up on desk top manager on my iMac. Will that move the calendar over to the phone....

If you have your calendar on your iMacs calendar app, then yes you can sync it through iTunes (just need to select the sync option)

I don't understand what your asking about emails and folders...?

Thanks. When I get am email from work it goes into a folder called desktop. When I get an email on my own gmail account it goes into another folder titled gmail. That way they separated and easier to work with......thanks

it will be same "mail" icon, but you will have the emails in "seperate" email boxes. You will have to tap a couple of times to switch to the other email account.
edit: forgot to mention you can also view them combined.
