Is this question even important ? Really ? Why ?
Can you use your 6 one handed? If you can stick with the 6S it's not worth giving that up for a bigger screen. If you have to use two hands anyway for the 6 then go with the 6S+ the big screen is nice and at least partly makes up for not being able to use it with one hand.
