Moving from office 04 to office 08

Hey guys! I am a recent mac user and I originally purchased MS Office 04 and I am getting my Office 08 today through their promotional deal.

Do I have to delete my Office 04 completely or is this Office 08 an 'upgrade'?

What are your opinions on the new Microsoft 08 product?

A lot of threads on this already. You don't have to delete '04 but the installer gives you that option when the process is done.
