My wife currently has a iPad and she is buying a new iPad 2 tomorrow. What does she need to do to transfer all of her iBooks, Apps, etc to the new one?

Does she just sync her old iPad and that will just create a backup and then plug in the iPad 2 and use the back up copy?

is she jailbroken?

I don't want to threadjack but mine is jailbroken. Can I still transfer the info from the old one's backup to the new iPad 2 by syncing through iTunes? I sold my old one already so if not I guess I'm just screwed.

Your data will transfer over, but not the Jailbreak.
