Hi:

Recently got a Mac and want to start syncing my iPhone to my Mac's iTunes instead of Windows. iPhone is jailbroken 3G with 3.0 firmware and syncs with Outlook 2007 Contacts, Calendar and notes currently on the PC. I don't use the iPhone for music as I have an iPod for that. Basically I'm looking for a step by step to changing it over.

Questions:
1. Can I just plug into my new Mac (as long as I have moved my contacts etc. into Entourage and enabled syncing? Will that just update the iTunes version of everything according to what's on the iPhone?
2. Any jailbreak related dangers, or will the jailbreak, unlock and jailbreak apps remain untouched?

Thanks in advance for the help.

1. You don't need Entourage, just use Address Book.
2. Remains untouched.

As for steps, try here to migrate everything over: http://www.apple.com/support/switch101/ :)
