So I have at&t iphones that i will be porting out to verizon or t-mobile shortly. people who understand network frequencies and so forth, can you please explain to me how this works (assiming the iphone will all get unlocked), will verizon or tmobile LTE be supported and work efficiently? Again, I am sure they will work for voice calls and so forth, my concern is the internet speed and phone frequencies for internet.

Thanks!

Yes, assuming they are unlocked you will be fine. All you will need to do is get SIM cards for the carrier you decide. As per http://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/ they support the same LTE networks.

Edit:
Keep in mind this isn't the case for all iPhones. Just the 6/6S can work with any US carrier. Each of the earlier versions of iPhones are a little more complicating but still not too bad.
