A few months ago, I bought myself an iPhone 3GS and had it all set up syncing with my hackintosh, everything worked great! Unfortunatley, now my OSX86 install is broken and I'm back to using windows (hoping to buy an MBP soon though) and I need to sync my iPhone!

I have already copied my music and apps back into itunes and authorised the computer, but my iPhone contains contacts and ical data which I need to remain on it! Is there any way to sync my iPhone with the new windows library without losing my data?

I do have backups of my contacts and ical data, along with the backups itunes made of my iPhone when running on OSX.
