moving iPhone to Another computer

Hi:

I am moving my iPhone to another computer. It is a 3G Jailbroken phone running on Windows.

I want to make sure that I don't lose my Jailbreak, Cydia and the apps. I need the jailbreak because I need the unlock.

Do I just move iTunes backup files to the appropriate folder on the new computer, plugin and then sync? Should that be o.k.?

I'm mainly concerned about apps here--I don't use my iPhone for music. I sync contacts and calendar to Outlook but that will be easy enough to sync.
