Moving iTunes from PC to Mac (with a jailbroken iPhone)

Hey,

I have a post in the iPod/iTunes forum https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/902230/, but no one is responding.

I am trying to move iTunes from my PC to my new MBP. However my iPhone is jailbroken. When transferring my iTunes desktop between two windows machines, I just copied the whole iTunes folder, and it wasn't an issue at all.

I have never transferred across different operating systems before. Is this going to be a problem?

Can I literally just copy the iTunes folder from my old desktop to my MBP?

It will recognize the iPhone like it has synced before?
