Hi,

Already have a MBP, which my entire iTunes library is on. I just bought a new 3.06 iMac which is coming in a few days. How do I duplicate my library in my MBP and move it to iMac, since my iMac will be my new "everyday" comp?

There has to be a legit way, right? Or will I have to fart around with senuti?

Please advice. Thank you in advance.

You could just network the two computers together and copy the library over replacing the one on your new iMac. You will have to register your iMac with the music you purchased from the iTunes store but it should work fine. I did this in Tiger but haven't done it with leopard. The iTunes library is located in your users folder under the Music directory. I would also suggest connecting the computers via a crossover cable if you don't have a wired network to make for a faster transfer.

Good Luck!

Thanks Korny. This should be easy. Thank you.
