Moving iTunes library from old machine to new one, but not the User account

Hello

I created a Device server (Mac Mini) for all my iDevices.

Wish advice on how to move the iTunes Lib out of my old MacBook and install in Device Server.

Is it as simple as transferring the Lib?

Do I need the D Server have the exact same user name?

No, you don't need the same user name. Just copy the library over and it'll work fine.

Yes, just the user name on the Mac, not iTunes account (which will be the same, has to)
