I am getting a new rMBP and want to move all of my current itunes music to a Western Digital Duo NAS I have.
I subscribe to iTunes match, but it doesn't quite have all of my songs, most but not all are available.

My question is this. Is it best to just copy my current iTunes music to the new directory, delete all files from within the iTunes app and then drag all the songs back into the iTunes app from their new location?
Will this mess up iTunes match at all?

I don't use iTunes to organize my files as last time I tried that I ended up with files that used to be in properly named folders strewn all over the place. That happened years ago, but I still don't trust it to do that.

Any help would be appreciated.
