Just doing a little sanity check here. I'm moving a friend's iTunes library from PC to Mac running iTunes 9.2.
I'm planning on copying all the music from the PC to a folder on the mac desktop over the network.
Then, doing an "Export Library" on the PC to get the XML file (and all the playlists?) for the mac.
On the mac, doing an "Add to Library" to pull all the music in from the desktop folder I created.
Finally, should I just copy the XML file over for the playlists? I read here: How to Move a PC Library to Mac about doing a find and replace on the file locations but in iTunes 9.2, all I see is an "Import Playlist" option. Is that the one I should use to get the one XML file into mac with all the playlists?
Thanks for the help all!
