Hi! I'm just setting up a new Account on my iMac.

Can anyone tell me which files to copy to transfer Address contacts into the new account? Also, is there a Library file that I can copy to enable my "new" Mail account to autocomplete email addresses that I have previously sent from my previous Mail account. (like the "old" one does)

Thanks.

Ok, I'm sure my idea is far-fetched and complicated but how about iSync? Or, maybe you can set things up differently in Sys.Pref>Accounts.

EDIT: OK I noticed that this article didn't mention one thing. The first thing you'll need to do is boot the machine you want to transfer the settings from into Firewire Target Disk Mode. To do this just hold down the "T" key when booting, you'll see the firewire symbol bouncing around the screen if you did it. Then just connect you old machine to your new machine with a firewire cable and start up your new machine and follow the rest of Apples FAQ.
