moving mail from Mac Pro to MBP

I am travelling soon and would like to import a copy of all my inbox and sent items emails from my Mac Pro to my laptop.
I would also like to import my address book and my bookmarks.
Can anyone please advise on how to export and import mail folders and also the address book and bookmarks?

For mail, just control+click on the mailbox(s) you want and create an archive and then transfer that to the destination machine. After doing this you may want to see if your email provider offers IMAP, that way in the future it would be less hassle and you'd have an up to date copy on both machines and if you delete it on machine a it deletes off machine b and if your email provider offers web-based access it will be gone off there as well.

As far as Address Book and Bookmarks, if you don't have MobileMe sign up for the free trial, it will auto sync for you. If not you can always export both Address Book and bookmarks and import them on your destination machine.
