macOS moving phone no. from smart folder to other folder

Hi,
I do not know Apple script but use Automator some. I am trying to creat a script that will move all addresses from my smart folders to regular folders of the same name in Address Book so when I sync my iPhone the regular folders with those addresses will be on my phone.
I have an Automator app that does this; but, It will only copy one new name with each run of the app. I want it to copy all the new entries.
