I've just installed OS X Lion today on my macbook pro, but i seem to be having some problems with it.
First of all, I want to organise my programs into different folders, "Photography", "video", "games" and so on, but I can't seem to move any programs even though I have unlocked them?

Second of all, I have read that you are supposed to be able to delete a program from Launchpad by holding down on a program until it vibrates and then press a small black "x".... I get no "x" in the corner of any programs?

Any suggestions?

For now, the only apps you can remove from Launchpad are ones from the App Store. As for your folder problem, I'm afraid I can't help ya

That's fair enough, but what about moving programs into different folders? Instead of just having one big program folder.
