iPod Moving SCO .mov/.m4v files into Podcasts

I have a ton of SCO podcasts that I have downloaded using my Premium Membership, and they are sitting in folders on my HD. However, I would like to move them into the Podcasts section of iTunes, so that they will function as a podcast, rather than individual movie files.

How do I do this?
