Moving songs from Ipod to Itunes

I have some songs on my Ipod that I want to put on to my computer at work (ie on Itunes)... But, I can't work out how! How can I transfer songs from my Ipod to Itunes... I can move songs from Itunes to my Ipod easily, but can't seem to work it the other way round...
