Moving stuff from HTC Snap to iPhone

I'm currently holding a HTC Snap running Windows Mobile 6.5. I'm syncing it to my Mac using Mark/Space.

I was just wondering, if I were to pick up say an iPhone 3GS, would it be possible for me to export the text messages and call logs (on my HTC) from the Mark/Space app over to the iPhone?
