Moving system from external to new internal HD

I made a copy of my computer using superduper! and saved it to my external HD. Then I got my 120GB Western Digital HD for my Macbook and installed it. I booted from the external HD and want to use superduper! to put everything on my new HD, but when I go to select a source to copy it to, the new HD doesn't show up. What gives? I have a pic to show you what I mean.

What gives?

Did you format the new drive yet? If not, use Disk Utility.

Im in disk utility but dont know what to go to. Erase? Partition? RAID? Restore?

So, for those of us who were following this with bated breath, WHAT DID YOU DO????? ;-)

lol sorry. I went into disk utility, then to the Erase tab. For Volume Format I chose Mac OS X Extended (Journaled) and named it, then clicked erase. It only takes a second to do it and once it's done you can use superduper! to select the drives needed...and that's it! My new HD is working fantastically.
