Moving the iTunes\MobileApps directory

My wife and I use the same computer, we each have our own accounts. In iTunes I changed the iTunes Media directory to c:\users\UserA\iTunes. I thought this also going to move the MobileApplication directory as well but whenever I download a new app it goes to C:\users\UserA\Music\iTunes\MobileAppications. I want it to go under c:\users\UserA\iTunes\MobileApplications. Is there anyway to move this?

The problem is now when on my wife account, I shared out my music directory so she can add it to itunes. So when ever she add my music directory she gets all my apps too.

She is not that tech savvy so she does not know just to pick the specific directories she was, she always picks the music folder. And I end up cleaning up her apps.
