Moving to UK - How will AppleCare work now?

I currently have 2 iPhone4's and 2 iPhones 3GS's. Since I'll be moving to England in September, and let's just say, one of my phones starts exhibiting a new problem, will AppleCare in the UK send me a new/refurb iPhone 4?

Do you guys thing if it's an ATT phone, they won't honor the warranty?

Also are UK iPhones now unlocked?

we have a lot more options for networks than what you do. and yes you can buy unlocked iphones here.

id imagine apple care will work fine, just explain your situation. don't worry we get treated well by apple here. you should be fine, where abouts you moving to?
