I have on occasion had issues when moving a window from one display to another by dragging it the window will stop with half on one display and half on the other for several seconds then it will move again as desired.
This has happened on my new Mac Mini as well as on the iMac 5K that the Mini replaced, both running Mohave with all updates.
While a minor annoyance it can be distracting and I want to see if I am alone in seeing this or if it is a known issue.
