Moving windows without a mouse

Sometimes after i have been using an external display, some of my windows appear to far to the right on my macbook screen and i cannot grab the top with a mouse to move the window

if I have an active window, is there a keyboard shortcut to move this (similar to click and hold with mouse and then move it)
