Here's my setup: MacBook Pro, Mac OS X 10.6.7, Parallels 5, Windows XP.
Internal drive has 200GB Macintosh HD partition and 50GB Windows XP partition.
I'd like to move my Parallels/XP installation to a newly purchased external drive, without reinstalling Windows or my PC applications, then give Mac OS X the whole 250GB on the internal drive.
What's the procedure? I found a few threads here about moving a Parallels installation (example) but I'd like to make sure I have the big picture of how to do this.
