Mozilla folder in Library

I have a Mozilla Folder in this location Macintosh HD\Library\<Mozilla is here> and I have un-installed Mozilla Firefox with AppDelete and Global.regs is in the Mozilla folder in my Library can I delete the folder Mozzila?

If it involves Mozilla, then you should be able to remove the folder.
