MP 1,1-5,1 MP 5,1 Running AMD RADEON 7950 How to reset settings?

Need some help, Ive been running 2 x 30" 2K Dells on my MP 5,1 on Mojave 10.14.6 no problem, then I purchased 49" ultra wide 5K Samsung w resoltuion 5,120 x 1,440 however when connected first time 7950 GPU would show the resolution but picture was all garbled up, I could down scale or upscale but exactly 5,120 x 1,440 wouldn't work. So I tinkered a little more using switchresx and still didn't work so I abandoned the idea as I was simply hooked it up and used it with my MacBook Pro. However now whenever I hook up my old 2 Dells only one of them shows up, Ive reset NVRAM and removed various color profiles as well both /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver.plist and ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.windowserver*.plist files. For some reason GPU wont start second monitor. Now if I disconnect one of them they will start individually but without second one no matter when I plug in the second monitor it wont detect it. So my question if anyone knows how do I completely reset settings for the GPU on Mac OS ? I also tried to hold SHIFT and start up in recovery however for some reason it wont take the password even though its the same password and Ive typed it correctly so not sure about what's happening there. Any help is appreciated.
