I've installed Lion from my iMac SuperDuper backup on my new MP. The system was clean and taken care of, did not want the hassle with clean install. Everything works perfect - CS5, Office, iTunes, etc. Obviously, I am using the same Apple ID on the new MP as on the old iMac.
However here comes a problem - when I try to update apps from the App Store (and it correctly shows all the installed apps), I get "Unknown Error" message. I am also unable to purchase any app, the same error. Similar thing is happening when running Software Update. It shows all the available updates, but when I click Install I am getting an error message "Network Error Occurred" or something similar (cannot check now).
My guess is, that the iMac backup I've installed the MP from, due to a different hardware, somehow messed my network pref on the MP. I have also deleted the network pref from Library and restarted, but the issue with App Store / SW Update persists. Any idea what to do?
P.S. I am connected via Ethernet to my router, but Lion identifies this connection under Airport.
