MP RAM from Omni Technoligies?

Anybody here bought RAM from these guys? They seem to have about the cheapest prices for FB-DIMMS that I've been able to find.....

They have tons of positive feedback on ebay, but i googled 'em and found this;

which makes me think twice.....

anybody have any first hand experience they'd like to share?

There have 2 reviews since 2005 on reseller ratings and only 14 overall. I bought 6GB RAM for my PPC Quad from them and it has been rock solid for 18+ months.

Bought 2GB for my G5 from them back in May 2005. No problems since then. I am in the UK and even with $25 postage it was still cheaper than buying it locally.

Just checked and crucial.com is cheaper than omni both in the UK and US.

I have used them for years. Get all my ram and never had any problems.

I got 4 x 1gb for my macpro from them and works like a charm. There has never been any ECC errors.

However you could save money.

They have an ebay store and the price on the ebay store is lower than their own website ironically.

at their ebay prices i may have to go ahead and dive right in and get an extra 4X2 right out of the gate.
