MP3 conversion of WAV/AIFF?

Anyone knows a simple, preferably free, utility that can convert 16/24-bit WAV/AIFF to MP3, using OS menu integration? What I mean is, I would like it to be a "right click option" when I select a file, and I can simply choose "Convert to MP3" from there.

Thanks guys, I will try Switch and then see if I can do an AppleScript. Never worked with that though

If you don't like Switch you could try Max. It does many different audio formats, is free, and is really simple to use.
