I am a fairly new Mac user. When using Windows I would use a program called Media Monkey to tag my music. This was because it would tag songs strait from Amizon.com and would change the file names using the tags. I have been looking for a piece of software to do the same basic thing on Mac but can't find one. If anyone knows of something please help.

There are a bunch of programs that can do that, but they are mostly shareware 
MusicBrainz Picard (Freeware last I checked) is what I'm using now, but I have such a huge library that I can't tell if it's making a difference
