MP3 from iPhone

Hey,
I am trying to get an MP3 off of an iPhone. It was loaded onto the device and I no longer have the file stored on my computer. Any ideas on how to get this transfer to a computer?

There are a few apps for that.

I used one once, I can't remember the name, but I can look it up when I get home. It was not free though.

I think there might be some free versions for Windows if you use it.
