MP3 grouping

I am trying to burn a MP3 CD that will hold its grouping. I set the "grouping" under the songs, but then when i play it on a cd player it can read the music fine but it thinks it is all 1 group. How do you make it stay in groups?

Is there any way to do this on a mac?
