I'm buying an mp3 player and I'm wondering if I'll be able to use it with my macbook.

It's just a regular mp3 player and it has these System Requirements: Windows XP; Intel Pentium PC MHz or equivalent; CD-ROM drive; USB 2.0 port required for hi-speed transfer.

I don't think it'll be a problem since it's just loading mp3's on an external hard drive... but I just want to make sure. Thanks!

Yeah, if it uses the USB Mass Storage standard, it should work perfectly fine... just not with iTunes goodies obviously.
