Mp3 Software does not work, need help organizing it.

Hello,

I have recently bought a Sony Walkman e436f and when I hook it into my MacBook it recognizes it, and I can add music to it, I just have a few problems:

1. It starts connecting, is connected but says connecting the whole time

2. Will not eject

3. Songs are not named properly, is there a way I could change the info on it?

4. Cannot create playlists

5. Is there any software I could use other than XNJB to organize it?

Oh, and everytime i remove it, my mac says that i didn't remove it properly and that the files may be corrupt, is that normal since it won't let me "safely" eject it? The mac says it is still in use
