Ok so I've had my mac for about 6 months now, before I used a PC. I know that it' possible to burn mp3 cd's that are sorted into folders, ie you can have 5 different cd's burned onto one, and yet have them sorted still by original cd. I was wondering how to do this using my mac. is it possible using itunes?

You can burn CDs from iTunes, you just need to make a playlist with the tracks you want to be burnt and then click Burn Disc from the bottom right corner. You can select whether to burn a regular Audio disc or an MP3 disc in the Advanced pane of the iTunes Preferences, under the Burning tab. Is this what you're asking about? 
An easier way to make sure the folders are in correct order etc on the final CD is to just drag and drop the folders/music onto a blank CD then click burn in Finder.
What I really meant was after the Cd is burnt, you can still go into seperate folders instead of just have say 200 songs in the same order, but only in one folder.
