I use a MacBook Pro w/ Leopard 10.5.4
Firefox 3 is my browser ..
Every couple of days i download movies and such from maybe megaupload or sendspace , etc ....
Less than two weeks ago i owned a MacBook Pro w/ Tiger 10.4.11
Firefox 2 was my browser
All of a sudden then, anytime i would try to download an mp4 movie it would freeze in the middle, near the end, the beginning, etc... Each one giving a random stopping point
Mind you... I have never had this problem before ...
I figured maybe it was because my laptop was getting old ...i dont know ..
I was in the works to purchase this new one I have now at the time ...so i let the situation pass ..
Now that i have the new laptop ...i am getting the same results
I normally download from PsPower ...but like i said ..all downloads usually go thru megaupload or sendspace ....
Everything works normal ...but at some point during the download it freezes ..
P.S. ..when i download torrents or download from LimeWire.. I have no problems completing the downloads ...
I need help bad ..!!!!!
